One planner for your guests, your day and your money.
Free to start: a checklist shaped to your kind of wedding, your guest list and events, and a budget in your currency. Have contracts? The free read adds up what you’ve signed, in US dollars. The $79/month plan adds your wedding website with RSVPs, a schedule for everyone in the wedding and the 24/7 Concierge.
Paying for part of the wedding? Start your own free planner and send the contract you’re paying for. Your summary shows what’s left to pay on it. If the couple has the $79/month plan, they can give you a link to a page that shows only your share. Anyone with the link can open it.
The 24/7 Concierge, an automated assistant that comes with the $79/month plan, answers at any hour from your planner and your contracts. Ask who hasn’t replied, what time the photos start, or what’s due in March, from what you’ve entered and the payments we found in your contracts.
Questions about your own lists are worked out from what you’ve entered. When the model behind it is unavailable, or the day’s limit is reached, it quotes your planner and our guides and says so.
The free planner gets quick answers from your own lists.

You ask: Who still hasn’t replied for the sangeet?
From your planner — worked out from what you’ve entered
The Concierge answers: 3 invitations to the sangeet haven’t replied yet — 7 people:
The Mehta family (4), Ana and Luis Ortega (2) and Sam Okafor (1).
Worked out from your guest list for the sangeet
Two more questions it can answer
You ask: What’s due in March?
From your planner and your plan — worked out in code
The Concierge answers: Nothing you entered is due in March.
The payments we found in your contracts for March:
• Mar 1: The Grand Oak Estate, second payment, $15,000.00
We find payments in your documents and can miss one, so check them against your contracts.
What you entered, and the venue agreement, page 3
You ask: Can we get out of the venue contract?
The Concierge answers: The Grand Oak Estate agreement, section 9, says: ‘Deposits are non-refundable.’ Whether you can end the contract, and what it would cost you, is a question for a qualified professional, and I won’t guess. I can show you what your documents say about cancelling.
The Grand Oak Estate, venue agreement, section 9
What it won’t do
It won’t pretend to be a person. It says it’s automated.
It gives only figures from your planner, your plan or your documents, and its reply is checked for that before you see it.
It won’t do sums on your money. A total in its answers is worked out in code, from what you entered or from the payments we found, and the two are kept apart.
It won’t tell you whether a clause holds up, or promise what a vendor will do.
It won’t contact anyone or send anything. A message goes only when you send it.
When it can’t stand behind an answer, it says so. When the model behind it is unavailable, it answers by quoting your plan, your planner and our guides, and labels the answer.
Plan it your way
A checklist shaped to the wedding you’re having
Tell us the kind of wedding and the checklist changes with it: courthouse and a dinner, at home, a venue, a destination, several days, or a vow renewal. If the legal part happens on another day, say so and the license steps follow that date.
Add your own steps
Set aside the ones that aren’t you
Keep a note on a step
Move a date
The license desk and the name-change desk hold what each office told you, with links to the official sources. Your own dates show in This week, and a Monday email lists what’s coming.

Bring your spreadsheet. A household holds its people by name — adults and children, meals and dietary notes — and its address, wherever it is.

Your wedding website
A wedding website for your guests
Build a page in English or Spanish and your date style, with a second language in your own words if you like. It holds your Q&A, travel, places to stay, registry links, the schedule and a link to watch online.
With the $79/month plan, each household gets its own invitation link. It greets them by name, shows only their events and the seats you’ve kept, and takes a reply for each event and each person, with meal choices. A chase list opens a reminder in your own messages app.

Set your own target for each category, see the cost per guest, and keep a list of costs to ask about. Give anything you’ve booked a payment schedule — deposit, instalments, balance — and the due dates show in This week. Track which of you paid what.
Keep a shortlist of the vendors you’re talking to, with the questions to ask, your answers and your own scorecard. We never rank or recommend anyone.
When you have contracts, the free read adds up what you’ve signed, counted in US dollars. Your budget keeps your currency: the two are shown side by side, not converted or added together.
How the free read works
1
Send what you have.
Contracts, quotes, invoices and deposit receipts. PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, screenshots and phone photos all work. The PDF your vendor emailed checks best.
2
We read them.
Software reads your documents, re-adds the figures from their own lines in US dollars, and names anything it couldn’t read.
Usually within 48 hours. We email you when your summary is ready.

Why the venue isn’t counted twice
The venue’s invoice prints $38,848.00 of charges, a $5,460.40 service charge and a $44,308.40 total that includes both. Adding the charges to the total would count this venue at $83,156.40, $38,848.00 more than it is. Northlight prints no total, so its figure is the sum of its priced lines. Each vendor is counted once.

$79 a month, charged in US dollars. What we find never changes what you pay. It renews monthly, on the date you bought it, until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your account: the plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, what you entered is kept, and the free planner keeps working. While it runs, there’s a copy to download and keep.
Download your lists as spreadsheets and your keepsake as a PDF to keep; with contracts read, your plan as a PDF too.
Buy it from your planner whenever you want it, with or without documents. Send contracts first if you want to see your summary before you buy.
There's no money-back guarantee, so look through the previews first.
No. Every message in your plan is one you send yourself.
Do you rank or recommend vendors?
No. Your shortlist and your scorecard are yours, and there is no directory.
Do vendors pay you?
No vendor pays us to appear, and we take no commission or referral fee.
What do you keep, and do you sell it?
We keep what you send us, what we build from it and what you add to your workspace, with no scheduled deletion, whether or not you become a customer. We may sell, license or share the data we hold — including your documents, what we extract from them and what you add to your workspace — with other businesses, for their own purposes.
Who sees my card?
Card details go only to our payment processor. We do not see or store a card number.
What is live, and what is not lists what works today, what hasn’t happened yet, and what the last independent test of our reader found, misses included.

Two parts are. The free planner needs only an email: a checklist shaped to your kind of wedding, a guest list of up to 25 invitations with your events, a budget in your currency, and your partner. The free read is free too: send your documents and you get your summary, and 2 to 4 unsigned quotes side by side.
The $79/month plan is optional, at $79 a month. Cancel anytime, and it runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. Buy it from your planner whenever you want it, or send contracts first and decide after your summary. No card is asked for until you buy.
What’s in the free planner?
It needs only an email, and no card or documents: “This week” with your own dates in it, and a Monday email you can turn off; a checklist shaped to your kind of wedding, with your own steps and the license and name-change desks; a guest list of up to 25 invitations (a household counts as one), with everyone by name, your events, menu choices, the allergy list and address labels; a budget in your currency, with your own targets, payment schedules and money by month; a shortlist of the vendors you’re talking to, with your scorecard; quick answers from your own lists; and your priorities, and the next steps that protect them. Your partner plans it with you.
What the $79/month plan adds is your wedding website, RSVPs on a personal link, the day for everyone in it, sunset beside it and the 24/7 Concierge. Before you buy, the pages it opens show you a preview, so you can see what each would hold.
Can we buy the $79/month plan before we have contracts?
Yes. Buy it from your planner whenever you want it, with or without documents. It’s $79 a month, charged in US dollars. Cancel anytime, and it runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What it opens without documents is open as soon as you pay: your wedding website, RSVPs and personal links, the day for everyone in it, the 24/7 Concierge and the rest of the planner. When you send contracts, they’re read with the rest, for no further charge. Send contracts first if you want to see your summary before you buy.
There's no money-back guarantee, so look through the previews first.
What does the $79 a month buy, and for how long?
What it adds to your planner: your wedding website, with RSVPs through a personal link for each household, up to 1,000 invitations; links where relatives send their addresses; the day for everyone in it, with a run sheet for each event, sunset and the golden hour beside it, and a schedule link for each adult with a part; seating, thank-yous, the album and a keepsake; and the 24/7 Concierge, an automated assistant that answers from your planner and your contracts.
Your contracts read, counted in US dollars: what you’ve committed per vendor, what you’ve paid and what’s left, with the line behind the figures; the payments and deadlines we find, in date order; what your vendors need from you; what your contracts charge if something changes, quoted from the clause; and anything that doesn’t add up, with wording you can send yourself.
Reminders by email to you and your partner before your own dates and the contract dates we find, and a calendar link. Documents you add later are read with the rest.
$79 a month, charged in US dollars. It renews monthly, on the date you bought it, until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your account: the plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, what you entered is kept, and the free planner keeps working. While it runs, there’s a copy to download and keep.
What you buy doesn’t depend on anything being wrong: the planner it opens is the same for every wedding, and the payments and dates we find are your own contracts’.
Is this AI? What if it’s wrong?
Yes. An AI model reads the documents you send. Our code then re-adds the figures from the lines they came from and leaves out a figure it can’t find in the document’s own text, and an automated review checks the plan before you see it.
Figures in your plan open to the lines they came from, so you can check them against your paper. A figure that rests only on a phone photo is shown to you and not counted as proven.
If one doesn’t match, tell us from the panel under your plan. A person reads every one of these. We will look at your documents again and write to you if the plan changes.
Will it catch everything?
No, and we won’t say it does. What it gives you can be checked: figures open to their lines, and anything we couldn’t read is listed in your plan. We publish what the last independent test of our reader found, misses included, on “What is live, and what is not”.
Your free summary is the first check. Compare what’s left to pay with your own records before you pay us anything, and if the numbers don’t match, don’t buy it. Keep your originals, and check a figure before you act on it.
What happens to my documents?
We keep what you send us, what we build from it and what you add to your workspace, with no scheduled deletion, whether or not you become a customer. We may sell, license or share the data we hold — including your documents, what we extract from them and what you add to your workspace — with other businesses, for their own purposes.
We do not contact your vendors: every message in your plan is one you send yourself. Card details go only to our payment processor; we never see or store a card number. You can ask for a copy of what we hold or ask us to correct it. A request made under a privacy law that applies to you is handled as that law requires.
Rather not send documents? The free planner needs only an email, and the payment calendar and quote comparison sheet work from figures you type.
How long does reading take?
Usually within 48 hours. We email you when your summary is ready. If something can’t be read, we email and ask rather than guess. The free planner works as soon as you open the email.
I’m paying for part of the wedding. Is this for me?
Yes. Start your own free planner and send the contract you’re paying for. Your summary shows what’s left to pay on it. With the $79/month plan, reminders before its payments come to your email. If the couple has the $79/month plan, they can instead give you a link to a page that shows only your share. Anyone with the link can open it.
Does it work for a wedding outside the US?
The planner does. Its checklist is worded for where you marry, your budget can be in your currency, the wedding page can be in English or Spanish, and the free tools work wherever the wedding is.
Reading your contracts counts amounts in US dollars, so figures in euros, pounds or other currencies aren’t counted, and a contract priced in them would come back with almost nothing counted. Your budget keeps its own currency, unconverted. The $79/month plan is charged in US dollars.
Are you lawyers or financial advisers?
No. Wedding Remedy is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. We read your documents and show what they say, with the lines behind the figures. For anything contested, speak to a qualified professional.
Free tools, no account needed
