Wedding payment calendar & schedule template

Turn the dates in your vendor agreements into a calendar you can keep. One installment per row, with the amount and person or service it belongs to.

How do you organize wedding vendor payments?

Record the label, amount and confirmed due date for an upcoming payment. Download the completed list as a spreadsheet or import its all-day entries into a calendar that supports .ics files. Keep the original agreements and receipts as the source of detail.

Your entries stay in this page until you download them or leave. No account or email address is required. Downloaded files contain the labels, amounts and dates you enter; share them only with the people who need them.

Enter upcoming installments from your agreements, one payment per row. Do not include an amount already paid. Dates and currency are not inferred from documents.

Exports create all-day entries with no automatic alerts. Check your calendar’s notification settings after importing. This is a snapshot, not a live subscription. Replace outdated events when amounts or dates change; importing again may create duplicates.

From paperwork to your calendar

  1. Find the amount and timing in the agreement or confirmed invoice.
  2. Resolve relative or conditional deadlines before entering a date.
  3. Add a distinct row for an installment; leave out money already paid.
  4. Download and import the .ics file, then check the dates and notification settings.
  5. Keep the CSV with your payment records and update imported events when plans change.

Amounts are entered in USD. The calendar does not initiate payments, send messages, connect to your bank or update itself. It uses date-only events to avoid shifting a due date across time zones.

Read the payment-schedule guide for a worksheet with source, owner and status columns.

Common questions

Will I receive payment reminders automatically?

The exported events contain no alarms. Your calendar may apply its own defaults. Open the imported events and choose notifications that work for you.

Can I use it with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook?

The download uses the iCalendar (.ics) file format. Use your calendar application’s import option, then check a sample event. Import behavior, duplicates and default notifications depend on the application.

What if I only know that a balance is due before the wedding?

Check the exact wording and confirm the date with the vendor before adding it. A planning guess should not look like a confirmed due date.
